I’m Mike Horwath. I help Organisations get clear, get moving, and get results

I’m Mike Horwath a transformation consultant, coach and trainer with a focus on making real change actually happen. I work with senior leaders, delivery teams, and boards who want to move faster, make better decisions, and reconnect strategy with execution.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led teams at Digital Agencies, scaled my own Consultancy, supported Global Banks, major brands and National Charities through critical change. My background combines Agile, OKRs, Lean Portfolio Management and Operating Model redesign but I don’t peddle frameworks.
What I bring is Clarity. Momentum. Confidence. A mix of commercial thinking, practical tools, and people-first delivery. And I do it in a way that’s low on ego, high on outcomes and even fun now and then.
